To ensure that real estate professionals promote responsible lending, NAHREP has developed the principles outlined in this course as minimum standards for NAHREP Certified Professionals serving Hispanic customers. The course consists of 3 lessons and a 20 question final exam all delivered online. Completion of this online course and passing the final exam with a score of 70% or higher will result in your being designated a NAHREP Certified Professional.
