This course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for 2010-2011. Course material emphasizes the role of the appraiser and the impartiality associated with this role. This course is designed to aid appraisers seeking competency in USPAP, in all areas of appraisal practice including those subject to state licensing or certification and continuing education requirements imposed by professional organizations, client groups, or employers. Please Note: The (2010-2011) 15 Hour National USPAP Equivalent Course will expire on December 31st, 2011. The Appraisal Foundation will release a new version of the (2012-2013) USPAP on January 1st, 2012. In order to receive credit for the 2010 version, you must complete the course and pass the final exam by December 31, 2011.
